The entrance to the Guardian's Headquarters is located through a secret door in Noah's mansion that is hidden behind a very large bookcase, the code to open the door changes every 3 days.

There are several labs and many high-tech super-computers that are setup to monitor the whole region. One of the computers links up when needed to the computers of the International Pokémon Police Headquarters. There are also rooms for members of the Unit to rest.
